Returns & Exchange Policy

At Hangingline, every piece we create carries intention, identity, and individuality. We want you to feel confident with your order, and we aim to make our returns process simple and fair. However, due to the nature of custom and printed apparel, please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

🔁 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Items must be returned with proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
  • Returns will only be processed after the item has been received and inspected.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or there was a fulfillment error.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the customized nature of our work, printed or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless:

  • They arrive damaged
  • There is a mistake from our end (wrong size, color, or design)

🔸 Please double-check your size, color, and print instructions before placing your order.

🔄 Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size and the item is not printed, we may allow an exchange depending on availability. The customer will cover shipping both ways.

💸 Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days.
  • We do not refund shipping fees unless your return is due to a Hangingline error.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if there’s an issue.
  3. We’ll respond with next steps and return instructions.
  4. Package the item securely and send it back to the provided return address.
